Current Wording – GR17
GR 17.2 Bridles should fit snugly to prevent catching on the vehicle or other pieces of harness. A throatlatch and a noseband or cavesson are mandatory. The use of gullet straps is encouraged.

GR 17.2 Bridles should fit snugly to prevent catching on the vehicle or other pieces of harness. A throatlatch and a full noseband or cavesson are mandatory. The use of gullet straps is acceptable encouraged.
Reason for change
To clarify that nosebands must go completely around not just over the top of the nose and that the use of gullet straps is a good idea.
