2. Freestyle Tests [formerly Article 931] At ADS-recognized events: 2.1 The Organising Committees may arrange a Freestyle dressage competition with or without music, provided that it is not part of the Combined Driving Event. The method of scoring must be clearly explained in the Schedule. The Judges should give one set of marks for content, another for general impression and a third for the interpretation of the must if required. 2.2. The program selected by the Athlete should not exceed the time designated by the OC. The President of the Ground Jury must ring the bell for the first time one minute before the end of the time allowed. The bell will be rung again at the time allowed to indicate that the Athlete music bring his performance to an end immediately.

Reason for change

Freestyle Tests were deleted by the FEI and were never part of CDE’s. They are covered under Art. 518.3.
