Suggested Wording

Add note to bottom of chart: With approval of POJ & TD there may be up to 5 additional competitors without requiring the additional judge.

Reason for change

With entries typically closing 2 weeks prior to the event, the fixed upper numbers are creating problems and additional cost for the events when attempting to find the additional judge on short notice. This is causing events to restrict the number of entries. The ADS should be finding ways to encourage more entries, not restricting them.
