July 20, 2014I do not agree with the RCS. There are currently only 5 officials that meet the requirement for the judge to also have a TD license. Of these 5 officials 1 is in MA, 2 are in NC and 2 are in BC, Can. Most ADT’s are local events run on a shoestring budget. At competitions with 24 or less competitors an “R” licensed judge has sufficient experience.
