Current Wording – Article 126.9 Responsibility of Management

That liability insurance coverage, either permanent or temporary, is in effect for the entire competition.

Suggested Wording – Article 126.9 Responsibility of Management

That liability insurance coverage, either permanent or temporary, is in effect for the entire event.

Reason for change

There is a distinction between “competition” and “event”. One would want insurance for the entire competition, not just for a competition within an event

    There needs to be definitions somewhere that clarify the distinctions between “event” and “competition”.
