I oppose this change – Junior C drivers do not require adult grooms currently – I do not believe that they need to have adult grooms when showing multiples. This is really up to the discretion of the junior driver and his/her parents – I know many a 17 year old that shows a pair of small ponies and the vehicle is better suited to smaller grooms (other 16-18 year olds).
