Current Wording – Article 203 ENTRY
203.1 An entry is defined as a combination of horse(s), vehicle and driver and must be assigned a specific entry number. If a championship based on the ADS rules is offered, a change of any part of the combination constitutes a different entry and must be assigned a separate number unless otherwise specified by the Organizer and published in the ADS Omnibus. In the event that a vehicle is disabled or judged unsafe to start or continue, management may authorize the substitution of another vehicle without issuing a new number.
Suggested Wording –
203.1 Unless otherwise specified in the Omnibus, an entry is defined as a combination of horse(s), vehicle and driver and must be assigned a specific entry number.
Reason for change – To allow organizers to specify what constitutes an entry at their show, e.g. horse and driver with multiple vehicles. Sometimes done to encourage the use of antique vehicles.

August 6, 2015The phrase “Unless otherwise specified in the omnibus” at the beginning of the first sentence makes the second sentence with the repetition of a similar phrase unnecessary. It should be deleted to avoid causing confusion.
