Current Wording – A Technical Delegate shall not serve in that capacity at the same Combined Driving Event, Driving Trial, Driven Dressage Show or Pleasure Driving Show more than two consecutive years.

Suggested Wording – A Technical Delegate shall not serve in that capacity at the same Combined Driving Event, Driving Trial, Driven Dressage Show or Pleasure Driving Show more than two three consecutive years.

Reason for change – This is consistent with the current FEI rules and could serve as beneficial to Organizers where TD’s must travel a long distance after their local TD has officiated at two competitions. Also, start up competitions benefit from this official seeing them through fledgling years, which often takes more than two years.
