August 31, 2018There are many reasons that this entire set of PARA rules should not be included in the current rule changes. More thought, better language and understanding of disabled needs is definitely needed. FYI, Para-Driving is a recognized FEI discipline. Although all para-drivers are disabled, not all disabled drivers qualify as Para-drivers.
