Under notes: -delete references “*fewer than 6…. -add reference: “Judge must be ‘R’ or ‘S’ or have previous judging experience in the tests offered” 2Dec18 BoD: In the first top left box strike “Fewer than”, strike “1 R judge,” strike “or 1 judge who also holds a TD license.” Leave only “1 Judge and 1 TD.” (strike the “or” before “1 judge and 1 TD” and change the comma to a period.) |

July 18, 2018I disagree with having events without a TD! Regardless of the number of entries, all ADS recognized competitions should have a TD. He has many roles, among others, the one to be the middleman between organizers / officials & competitors.
Combined Tests include Dressage – and Art. 526 specifically REQUIRES a TD at Dressage Competitions! Accordingly, the requirement for a TD should be added.
