10Jun15 — RCS # 16-006 Withdrawn, correction to Rule Book being made and no rule change needed

After review by the Combined Driving Committee it was determined that a mistake had been made in the published charts and VSE and Small Pony four-in-hands should have been listed as 1 groom, not 2. The CDC and Rules Committees apologize for the error and it is being corrected.
