    Question: Does this come from the FEI ? If so, then I’m fine with it, BUT, if it does not come from the FEI and is merely a correction which we want to make, since it’s missing from the FEI, then I would suggest making it 10 penalties / 10 seconds to be in line with line 9 of the chart which addresses the rest of this article 975.2
